Vented Heaters
- Our vented heaters can be vented up to 10 ft. with a max. of 3 bends.
- The Flue Pipe can go through walls up to 24 inches thick.
Yes, our new models (L-731, L-732, L-531, L-532, L-301, and L-302) come with WIFI capabilities, so you can control your heater when you are not at home, or from your couch if you choose too.
No, the exhaust is not hot enough to create the draft necessary for proper venting, also the exhaust and air intake would not be balanced as they would be coming from different locations.
The heater will come on and go to previous set temperature. The heater will keep the time and day of the week for approx. one day, after that it will lose the time and day for the week. If the heater is a new model with WIFI, and the WIFI is connected, it will get the correct time from the internet.
Water Heaters
Our water heaters will supply approx. 3.1 gallons per minute of hot water at an 80-degree Fahrenheit rise.
- Our model OM-122DW has a low temp of 69 degrees F. and a max of 155 degrees F.
- Our model OM-128HH has a low temp. of 69 degrees F. and a max. of 180 degrees F.
Our water heaters can be either direct vented (side wall) or chimney vented.
The storage tank inside of water heaters only holds about 5 gallons of water, so energy is not wasted heater large amounts of water that are not used.
Heat Convector
Yes, the set temperature will resume to the previous temperature set, and the unit will restart in auto fan mode.
The “POWER” button will blink, indicating that a temporary voltage interruption such as a power failure occurred. To stop the blinking, press any button once.
“Power” Button has been pressed while the Child Lock is turned on. Simply press and hold the child lock button for 3 seconds to turn off beeping.
No, it does not automatedly starts on its own. The “Timer” button must be pushed each time/day to active the timer feature.
Portable Air Conditioners
The length of the venting hose that is included with the unit is 4 feet, however we offer 8 feet venting hose that can be purchase on our factory outlet store.
The drain tank is full and needs to be empty.
- Wipe off any dirt or dust on the unit with a soft damp cloth or a vacuum clean, and then wipe again using a soft dry cloth.
- Portable air conditioners also have an air filter that collects dust and dirt over time. The unit can’t run efficiently with a clogged filter. You can vacuum the air filter or rinse the filter in the sink. Dry filter before reinstalling it in the unit.
The unit automatically evaporate moisture out the exhaust hose along with the warm air. This means you’ll very rarely have to deal with the collected condensate water; however, this will depend on the humidity and temperature. If the humidity is high and the temperature is high, it may be necessary to drain the tank from time to time.
Yes, a portable air conditioner has their compressors inside the room so you will notice that they are louder than a window unit, which has the compressor hanging outside.
Test the outlet that the Portable A/C is plugged into is working. If the outlet is working then press the RESET button on the power plug. The reset button maybe stubborn so you will need to press it hard to reset it. A click will be heard and the light will come on. The power plug needs to be plugged into a live outlet in order to reset it.
